Cambria- Our Small Town

Today I saw my daughters play

At Santa Rosa gym was staged

The whole town watched it with delight

So proud we were that all went right

We walked outside to crisp fresh air

Enjoying views while waiting there

It’s nice to live in our small town

With ocean, trees and hills around

This is what Cambria’s all about

We wouldn’t want to live without

Our views of green hills round’ Scott Rock

And small town stores like “Cookie Crock”

As we drove back into our town

And spied the quaint shops all around

We felt a sense of pride to be

A small part of its history

What most have searched their lives to find

A place that gives them “peace of mind”

We love our small town on the shore

This place most only can explore

The stewards of our town are we

To help it grow yet stay serine

So all who visit will be blessed

From our small town that gave them rest.
